Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl mix together the butter, peanut butter, sugar and brown sugar.

Add an egg to the sugar mixture, then the vanilla and then the milk, mixing well between each ingredient.
Step 3
In a separate bowl mix the flour, salt and baking soda. Then gradually add it to the sugar mixture, making sure to mix thoroughly.

Roll the dough into 1in balls. Roll the balls in a bowl of sugar. place balls on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

Step 5
Bake 8 minutes then take out and lightly place the kiss in the center. Return to the oven for 1 minute. Then place on a rack to cool. They should be just slightly under cooked to remain soft and chewy.
