Instructions

Step 1
Begin by washing your chicken with lemon and water. Wash the chicken for 2 minutes or until the water becomes clear.

Dry your chicken and begin seasoning with: 3 tbs salt 3 tsp pepper 3 tbs onion powder 3 tbs garlic powder 3 tbs Nandos seasoning 1 tbs lemon juice (Feel free to adjust measurements to your liking)

After seasoning your chicken, set aside and get started on the potatoes.
Step 4
Cut your potatoes into cubes of your preferred size and place into a baking tray. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with oil.

Spread your chicken evenly on a baking rack then place the rack on top of the tray of potatoes, this will save you time by cooking both the chicken and the potatoes at the same time.

Place your your tray into the oven. Temperature: 200° f/ 90° C on bake

After every ten minutes, brush your chicken with the marinade so it doesn't dry out.

When the chicken looks like it's almost done, combine the following ingredients: 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup wochestershire sauce 3 tbs salt 3 tbs brown sugar Place this in the microwave for thirty seconds and mix.

Using the same method as the marinade before, brush your chicken with the sauce every ten minutes until it becomes sticky and fully cooked.

Once your chicken and potatoes are cooked fully, take them out of the oven and serve while hot.
