Instructions

Step 1
Process biscuits in a food processor until they form fine crumbs. Transfer to a large bowl.
Step 2
Add condensed milk and vanilla extract to the bowl and stir until combined.
Step 3
Refrigerate for at least an hour.
Step 4
Remove from fridge and roll one tablespoon of the mixture into a ball, placing on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Repeat until entire mixture is depleted.
Step 5
Roll each ball gently in coconut, coating entire surface. Return to the tray. Refrigerate to complete set for another 60 minutes.
