No-Bake Biscoff Cheesecake

This has to be the most delicious cheesecake you’ll ever try! Consisting of a Biscoff biscuit base, a creamy Biscoff filling and topped with more Biscoff! 😅😋

Step 1
Crush the Biscuits, add the melted butter and mix them until they’re well combined.

Transfer the biscuits into a springform pan. Use the back of a spoon to press them down firmly and create the base of the cheesecake.

Combine the cream cheese, icing sugar and biscoff spread in a bowl and beat until smooth and well combined.

In another bowl, combine the thickened cream and vanilla essence and beat until firm peaks form.

Add the cream into the cream cheese mixture and gently fold using a spatula until they’re well combined.

Pour the mixture into the springform pan and evenly spread it out.

Refrigerate over night.

Once set, remove the cheesecake from the fridge and melt Biscoff spread in the microwave to pour on top.

Add some crushed biscuits to decorate and return to the fridge to set for 1 hour.
