Instructions
Step 1
Mix orange juice, lime juice, olive oil and spices in a bowl
Step 2
Open pork shoulder and cut into approximately 1/2 pound pieces
Step 3
Reserving 1/3 cup of seasoning, pour the remainder over the cut pork shoulder
Step 4
Let marinate for an hour or overnight in the fridge
Step 5
Add to instapot, on “high pressure meat” and cook for 60 minutes

Step 6
Once done, remove from instapot and shred. Spread on a baking sheet and place on the top shelf in the oven to broil for a few minutes to crisp the meat
