Instructions
Step 1
Whisk sugar, cocoa, and salt in medium saucepan until blended
Step 2
Whisk in a third of the milk until smooth
Step 3
Add remaining milk until smooth
Step 4
Cook and stir over medium heat until hot. DO NOT boil
Step 5
Remove from heat, add vanilla.
