Instructions

Step 1
Preheat vour oven to 180°C
Step 2
Melt the butter and mash the bananas
Step 3
Mix the sugar with the butter
Step 4
Whisk in the eggs
Step 5
Add the mashed bananas and the Greek yogurt
Step 6
Stir in the dry ingredients (flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, & salt)
Step 7
Add the chopped walnuts
Step 8
Pour the dough in a 24cm x 10,5cm × 7,5cm loaf pan
Step 9
Bake at 180°C for 35 min then 160°C for 25 min
Step 10
Let cool 10 min in the loaf pan
Step 11
Let cool completely on a wire rack
