Step 1
Combine yeast mixture and set aside (a couple TBSP of sugar)

Heat to scalding and set aside to cool
butterbutter½ cup
milkmilk2 cup
sugarsugar1 cup

Mix 2 cups of flour into milk mixture
Step 4
Add the yeast, eggs, and 2 more cups of flour
Step 5
Add salt and 2 more cups of flour
saltsalt½ tsp
Step 6
Add an extra cup of flour if needed
Step 7
Let rise to double (1 ½ to 2 hours)
Step 8
Shape and let rise about 45 minutes
Step 9
Bake at 375° for 20-25 minutes
Step 10
Brush tops with melted butter after removing from oven
