Instructions
Step 1
In a large glass bowl, add rice, cinnamon stick and chocolate. Pour boiled water over it and let sit for an hour.
Step 2
After an hour, dump into a blender.
Add canned milks, extra 4 cups water and vanilla extract.
Blend!
Strain into a pitcher and enjoy.
Step 3
Coat the tops of serving glasses with sweetened condensed milk and roll in shredded Mexican chocolate.
