Step 1
Cut and pit the avocados. Scoop into a food processor and add half of the sinigang mix. Blend until smooth. If you do not have a food processor you can use a fork and mash it as best as possible. Chunky is not a bad thing.
Step 2
Cut the shallot, tomato, and chili and put them in a bowl. Grate the garlic into the bowl. Add the avocado and fish sauce and mix until well incorporated.
Step 3
Place finished guacamole in a bowl and serve with chips or vegetables.
