Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, combine Jameson Irish Whiskey, soy
sauce, brown sugar, and minced garlic. Stir until
the sugar is dissolved.
Step 2
Place the pork chops in a shallow dish or a
resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over
the pork chops, ensuring they are well coated.
Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for
at least 2 hours, or up to 24 hours for more
flavor.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C),

Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over
nedium-high heat. Remove the pork chops from
the marinade, allowing excess to drip off, and
season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Sear the pork chops in the skillet for 2-3 minutes
on each side, until they are browned.
Step 6
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and
bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the pork chops
reach an internal temperature of 145°F (639C)
Step 7
Remove the skillet from the oven and let the
pork chops rest for a few minutes before
serving
