Ingredients

4sweet corn
skin and husk removed

800mlmilk

1 tspvanilla extract

salt
4jagung manis
800mlsusu sapi
1 sdtvanilla extraxt
garam
Instructions
Step 1

1. Remove the corn kernels from the cobs and put in a pot. Cut the cobs in half and put in the pot together with the kernels. Pipil jagung dan masukan kedalam panci. Potong batang jagung menjadi dua dan masukan kedalam panci bersama pipilan jagung.
Step 2

2. Pour milk into the pan and bring to a boil. Turn off heat, close the pot with a lid and let infuse for 1.5 hours. Masukan susu kedalam panci, didihkan. Matikan api, tutup panci, dan diamkan selama 1.5 jam.
Step 3

3. Take out the cobs and put corn kernels and milk into high speed blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into nutmilk bag and strain until no more liquid came out. Buang batang jagung. Masukan pipilan jagung dan susu kedalam blender dan blender sampai halus. Tuang kedalam nutmilk bag supaya hasil benar2 halus dan creamy.

4. Add vanilla and salt and stir. You may add additional sweetener if you feel the milk is not sweet enough to your liking. Tambahkan vanilla dan garam, aduk rata. Kalau kurang manis bisa ditambah gula/pemanis sesuai selera.

5. Pour into bottles and refrigerate. Best serve cold. Tuang kedalam botol dan simpan di kulkas. Sajikan dingin lebih enak.
