Notes: This dip is super easy to make. Simply mix together softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chopped bacon, cooked chicken, and ranch dressing mix. Store the dip in the refrigerator until ready to serve. This dip uses canned chicken. You can substitute 2 cups of cooked chopped chicken if you don’t want to use canned chicken. I have substituted some rotisserie chicken in this appetizer and it is delicious! I used precooked bacon in this dip. It is a huge timesaver. If you don’t have precooked bacon, you will need about ¾ pound of bacon. Can substitute turkey bacon for regular pork bacon. You can use low-fat cream cheese if you want to cut down on the calories. If you are sensitive to store-bought ranch dressing mix, feel free to adjust the amount to your personal preference.
