Instructions
Step 1
use a paper towel to dry off any moisture on the chicken wings. The drier the chicken wings are, the crispier they will be! Then put the chicken wings into a large mixing bowl and spray with oil. Next, add one tablespoon of baking powder and two teaspoons of paprika, Then using gloves, mix together well with your hands.
Step 2
Set your air fryer on 200c for 15 to 20 minutes. Then place your chicken wings into the air fryer drawer skin side down. But remember to turn them half way through cooking to crisp up the skin.
Step 3
So whilst the wings are cooking, prepare the sticky honey glaze. In a small mixing bowl, add 3 tablespoons of honey, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of chilli flakes and a teaspoon of sesame seeds. Then mix the ingredients together well.
Step 4
Then take your wings out of the air fryer and drizzle with the sticky sauce. Finally, garnish your air fryer chicken wings with the sliced chilli, and fresh coriander.
