Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil and add seafood mixture

Add garlic and paprika (+ bell peppers if want vegetables)

Stir then add in tomato puree

Add in short grain rice and stir

Add seafood stock to the rice and DO NOT STIR LET IT SIT (can stir initially) 3 cups of stock for every cup of rice Cover with parchment paper (roughly 30-40min of cooking on low heat)
Step 6
Once almost done cooking, add in the prawn and mussels to let it steam through (can put it in earlier for greater room for error) When you can begin to slightly see the rice

Tip for next time: try to bring to a boil THEN simmer for 35-40min
