Instructions
Step 1
start by par boiling the cauliflower florets to soften them a little. Either using a microwave oven or on the hob in boiling water for five minutes or so.
Step 2
Then drain and place the cauliflower pieces into an oven proof dish. First making sure that the dish fits in to your air fryer drawer. Then pour your cheese sauce over the cauliflower making sure they are covered. I generally use a cheat of a store bought jar of ready made cheese sauce, which just makes life so much easier. Finally sprinkle over the grated cheese on top and a splash of Worcestershire sauce.
Step 3
Then place your dish into the air fryer and cook on 180c for around 10 to 12 minutes. If you like a really crispy topping like me, then turn up the air fryer to max crisp for the last two minutes. This will turn the cheese golden brown on the top.
Step 4
When it has finished cooking, carefully remove the hot oven dish from the air fryer basket. Then serve your roasted cauliflower cheese with a sprinkling of chopped fresh coriander.
