Cut the brussel sprouts in half.

In a large pot bring water to boil and add brussel sprouts. Cook for 10-15 min and than rinse it under cold water. Preheat the oven to 180 C.

Step 3
Season baking pan with olive oil. Add brussel sprouts and bacon to the pan. Drizzle it with 1 tbs of honey and season with salt. Mix everything with wooden spoon to make sure honey is evenly distributed. Roast for 15-20 min.
