Instructions
Step 1
roll out your shop bought pizza base on to a clean dry surface. So start the pizza toppings by spreading over your red pesto, making sure that it covers the entire base. Then evenly sprinkle your grated mozzarella cheese over the red pesto. Follow by laying on top your sliced chorizo sausage then season generously with your dried oregano. Finally pop on your fresh basil leaves, and drizzle with a little olive oil.
Step 2
Start to gentle roll your pizza base up so that you end up with what will look like a giant sausage roll. So next you need to cut your rolled pizza into bite sized sections about 3 inches or 5 cm long. Line your air fryer basket with your baking paper and carefully place your pizza rolls on top. Make sure that you leave enough space around each pizza roll to allow them to expand when they bake.
Step 3
Cook your pizza rolls on 190C for about 10 to 12 minutes, or until the pizza dough is starting to brown.
Step 4
Finally serve your air fryer pizza rolls as nibbles at a party or as a lunch with a mixed side salad. Along with your favourite dipping sauce of mayonnaise, ketchup, ranch dressing, BBQ sauce, cheese dip or hot sauce.
