1banana

1 ½ tspchocolate protein powder
or cocoa powder

25goat flour
or 25g of blended oats

40mlmilk

⅓ tspbaking powder

1 tsphoney
For coating
Instructions
Step 1
Mash ⅓ of a banana in a small bowl
Step 2
Add 25g of oat flour (or put 25g of oats into a blender)
Step 3
Add 1½ tsp of chocolate protein powder (or alternatively cocoa powder)
Step 4
Add 1 tsp of honey
Step 5
Add ⅓ tsp of baking powder
Step 6
Add 40ml of a milk of your choice. Mix together and put into the microwave for 4:30 minutes at 180W
Step 7
Sprinkle with powdered sugar or chocolate chips.
