Instructions
Step 1
add olive oil to dutch oven and heat to 375
Step 2
lightly salt and pepper leg quarters and brown on both sides
Step 3
Mix water, spices, better than boullion, and soup mix. Heat water mixture, preferably to a boil, and pour mixture into the middle of dutch oven. Stir in dry rice.
Step 4
Bake covered for 425 degrees 20 minutes. Check miosture level at 10 minutes when using actual dutch oven and possibly add another cup of water. In a kitchen oven, the original two cups should be enough.
Step 5
Make sure rice is cooked through, serve and enjoy!
Step 6
1 serving is a leg quarter with 3/4 cup rice
