Preheat oven to 350°

Line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners

In a large mixing bowl, combine sugar, oil, butter, vanilla extract eggs and yolks

Beat on low for 2 minutes

Mix in sour cream

In a separate bowl Combine the remaining dry ingredients

Alternate adding a little buttermilk and the dry ingredients untill completey mixed into butter mixture.

Fill cupcake liners 2/3 full

Bake for 16 min

Toothpick test
Step 11
Pull out of pan to go directly in refrigerator

Frost when cold
