Instructions
Step 1
Thinly slice cucumber and onion using either a mandolin or knife and set aside
Step 2
In a pan, combine sugar, vinegar, and spices. Bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar dissolves
Step 3
Place sliced cucumbers and onions in a mason jar and pour the brine over to top off the jar
Step 4
Cover tightly and refrigerate at least 24 hours
