Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, egg and milk and put to the side.
Step 2
You can slice your favorite cheese into Thick sticks, or you can buy thick mozzarella sticks.
Step 3
You can use store bought pulled pork or use homemade. I used store bought for this recipe.
Step 4
Skewer the cheese stick, press the pulled pork onto the cheese until its all covered.
Step 5
Get your oil in your pan hot.
Step 6
Dip the cheese and pork stick into batter make sure its fully coated.
Step 7
Fry it into the hot oil, once its golden brown and fried all around. Remove from oil.
