Salmon and Cream Cheese Spinach Bake

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F
Step 2
Spinach: Rinse the spinach leaves thoroughly to remove any grit and pat them dry.
Step 3
Tomatoes: Wash and slice the tomatoes into medium thickness.
Step 4
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
Step 5
Season the veggies and fillet generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano.
Step 6
Lay the fresh spinach evenly on the bottom of the dish and place the tomatoes, salmon and cream cheese in the middle. Drizzle with Olive Oil
Step 7
Bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
