Instructions
Step 1
Slice chicken breast in half. Mix 1/2 cup yogurt with 1 tbs dill, pepper, salt, lemon zest, and juice of one lemon. Marinate chicken for 20 minutes and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Slice bell pepper and red onion and spread on baking sheet and bake at 450 for 20 minutes.
Step 3
Shred cucumber, strain and add to remaining yogurt. Add remaining dill, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
Step 4
Spread homemade tzatziki across heated flour tortilla and add sliced chicken. Top with roasted peppers, purple onion, and sliced zucchini.
Step 5
Wrap and enjoy with hummus or more tzatziki!
