The scrumptious aroma of this winter warmer filling the house is an important part of Christmas for me! This festive slow cooker mulled wine is so perfect if you are entertaining because it is so easy to prepare.

Instructions

Step 1
So simply combine all of the ingredients in your slow cooker and stir well. Then cook on low for at least 3 hours, or as long as you need. Keep the lid of your slow cooker closed until you are ready to serve.
Step 2
Then serve your mulled wine in heatproof glasses, with a slice of orange peel on the rim. You can even keep your mulled wine warm in the slow cooker whilst you serve your guests.
