Instructions
Step 1
Using a potato peeler, peel the zest from the lemons leaving as much of the white pith on the lemons as possible. Squeeze the juice from lemons
Step 2
Pour the lemon juice into a heatproof jug, add the sugar and lemon zest. Pour over boiling water and stir until sugar dissolves.
Step 3
Leave to cool. Then strain the lemonade into a serving jug
