Instructions
Step 1
Chop the chocolate and butter into rough chunks, then put both into the food processor.
Step 2
Add 200g of caster sugar, 6 level tbsp of cocoa powder, 4 heaped tbsp of self-raising flour, a pinch of salt into the food processor and whizz together.
Step 3
While the processor is running, crack in the eggs. Use a spatula to spoon and spread the brownie mixture evenly into the tray, about 2.5cm thick.
Step 4
Put the tray in the oven on the top shelf at 180ºC and cook for 25 minutes.
