Step 1
Preheat oven to 175 and line a baking tray with paper.
In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder and salt.
In a microwave safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for 30 seconds then stir. Repeat until the cheese are fully melted and combined
Add the cheese mixture to the dry ingredients, followed by the eggs, garlic and parmesan cheese. Mix until a dough forms.
Add the garlic powder and parsley and mix well.
Transfer the dough to the baking tray and shape into a loaf or divide into smaller servings. Bake for 15-20 mins
