Corned beef hash uk FODMAP friendly leftover beef roast.

1. Put oven on 200c
2. Take your baking potatoes depending on size. (2 large should be enough). Prick all over with a fork and microwave until cooked. Then smash and add butter and milk to taste. 1/2 tsp of cumin and a salt and pepper if you want.
3. In a large bowl and your meat(s), beans and seasonings, then mix together and pour into a medium to large oven dish and level out.
4. Top with the smashed potato. Bake for 20 minutes. Then top with grated cheese and bake for a further 15-20.
5. Make sure it's piping hot throughout and enjoy. Serve as it is or with veggies.
