Instructions

Step 1
To a skillet pan over medium-high heat, add butter and melt.
Step 2
Then add brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla. Stir until it dissolves.

Add sliced bananas and cook until softened, about 3-5 mins.
Step 4
Turn off heat. Add rum or whiskey. If you want to flambé, using a long lighter or torch and ignite the alcohol. Be careful!
Step 5
If you don’t want to flambé, turn the heat back on and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Step 6
Add walnuts and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Serve in bowls with a scoop of ice cream.
