Viral Crinkle Follow for more. 1 package phyllo dough 2 sticks butter melted 2 eggs 1 cup sugar 1 cup milk 2 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup simple syrup (recipe below) Before starting make sure phyllo dough is completely defrosted according to the package directions. Take two sheets of dough at a time and crinkle them place them into your baking dish that has been sprayed with nonstick spray bake them for 10 minutes at 350° then after 10 minutes pour your melted butter on top and bake for an additional 10 minutes while that’s in the oven go ahead and make your simple syrup (recipe below) andcombine your eggs sugar milk and vanilla whisk well then pour that over your Phyllo dough and bake an additional 30 minutes until golden brown. Top it off with simple syrup and if desired garnish with pistachios. Simple syrup In a small sauce pan combine for 2 cups of sugar and 1 cups of water and bring to a boil. Once boiling add a small squeeze of fresh lemon juice and boil for an additional 10 minutes until thickens and coats the back of a spoon and then move to the side to cool. . . . .
