Instructions

Step 1
To each of four 16-ounce jars, add 1/2 cup oats, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, 1 tablespoon honey, and 3/4 cup coconut milk.
Step 2
Cover; shake to combine and refrigerate.
Step 3
To serve, stir 1/4 teaspoon lemon zest into each jar and top with blueberries.
