I've heard several different names for this one, I believe it was originally referred to as a "Depression Cake." I call it Witchcraft Cake because it take a few things you probably have at home to create a delicious, moist, not-too-sweet coffee cake.

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease loaf pan (I use glass, temp will vary depending on type of pan used.)
Step 2
Mix dry ingredients directly in the cake pan. No pouring needed! Once mixed, form 1 large well, and 2 small wells.
Step 3
Oil will go into the large well. Vanilla will go into a small well. Vinegar will go into a small well. Add coffee here. Stir well.
Step 4
Bake 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
