Ingredients

85gplain nonfat Greek yogurt

24mlliquid egg whites

12glight butter
I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter, melted

1 scoopvanilla protein powder
whey/casein blend recommended

20gall-purpose flour

18ggranular sugar substitute

3gbaking powder

1gsalt

2gground cinnamon
Frosting Glaze (Extra – optional):

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 340°F (175°C).
Step 2
In a bowl, mix wet ingredients until smooth.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients.
Step 4
Combine dry and wet mixtures until fully blended.(Optional) Chill batter and glaze in fridge for 30+ minutes for denser texture.
Step 5
Spray donut tray and divide batter into 3–4 molds.
Step 6
Bake for 10–12 minutes. Remove slightly underdone and let rest 15 minutes.
Step 7
While cooling, prep glaze and cinnamon sugar coating.
Step 8
Dunk cooled donuts into glaze, then coat in cinnamon sugar mixture.
Step 9
For best experience, eat warm or microwave before serving.
