Instructions

Step 1
Line a bake of a baking tray with bakig paper

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius.

Break the eggs into a large bowl. Add the sugar, then whisk together with an electric mixer. Until thick and pale

Sift the self raising flour and baking powder into the mixture and gently fold with a spatula.
Step 5
Pour the mixture onto the baking tray abs gently smooth down with a spatula until it is a roughly level and fills the tray. Bake for 10 minutes
Step 6
Turn the cake out into a tea towel. Roll the sponge up with tje towel wrapped untside it and cool.
Step 7
Gently unroll the cake and remove the tea towel. Peel off the baking paper. Spread with the jam, then dollop on the yoghurt and smooth it down.
Step 8
Gently roll the cake back up, transfer to a plate or a serving board and serve.
