Instructions

Step 1
Place the almond flour, coconut flour, protein powder, and liquid monk fruit into a food processor. Blend to combine everything.
Step 2
Add the remaining ingredients and process until everything is blended.
Step 3
Use a small ice cream scoop to portion out the protein bites (recipe makes 14). Roll each one between your hands until smooth.
Step 4
In a bowl, combine 1 tbsp powdered monk fruit and ¼ tsp cinnamon. Roll each protein bite in the cinnamon sugar mixture and place onto a plate. Cover and refrigerate.
