Step 1
8-9” Springform pan
Mixer
Mixing bowl
Preheat oven to 350F
Set cream cheese out until room temperature

Crust
Step 2
In mixing bowl add ingredients for crust and blend until sticky.
Press into bottom of pan



Cheesecake
Step 3
Blend ingredients in mixer until smooth. Pour into pan on top of crust. Spread evenly. Put in oven and bake for 30 minutes at 350F. When done place in refrigerator to cool. Cheesecake will set firm enough to cut after a couple of hours. Refrigerate overnight for a firm cheesecake consistency.
