Classic brownie recipe

Ingredients: 200g (7 oz) dark chocolate (70% cocoa or higher), chopped 150g (2/3 cup) unsalted butter 3 large eggs 250g (1 1/4 cup) dark brown sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 tsp sea salt 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional, but gives it that "danger") 1 tbsp espresso powder (enhances chocolate flavor) 100g (3/4 cup) all-purpose flour 50g (1/2 cup) unsweetened cocoa powder 100g (3.5 oz) dark chocolate chunks or chips Secret Fudge Core (Optional but epic): 100g (3.5 oz) sweetened condensed milk 50g (1.75 oz) dark chocolate Pinch of chili powder (optional, again for a dangerous twist) --- Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Line a square baking pan with parchment paper. 2. Melt chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until smooth. Let it cool slightly. 3. In a bowl, beat eggs and sugar until thick and fluffy (3–5 minutes). Add vanilla, salt, cayenne, and espresso powder. 4. Stir in the melted chocolate mixture. 5. Sift in flour and cocoa powder, then fold until just combined. Stir in chocolate chunks. 6. Optional Danger Core: Heat the sweetened condensed milk, chocolate, and chili powder together until smooth. Drop spoonfuls into the brownie batter and swirl lightly—not fully mixing. 7. Pour into the pan and bake for 25–30 minutes until the top is set but the center is slightly gooey. Don’t overbake! 8. Cool completely before cutting. Serve with a tiny warning: “Consume responsibly. One is enough.” Warning: One bite may leave you craving more than is wise.
