Quick and easy fudge brownies with peanut butter and chocolate ganache( peanut butter and ganache are optional. I spread a cup of peanut butter after brownies cooled, before spreading on ganache.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Line 13 x 9 pan with parchment paper with overhang to lift out.

Melt butter and let cool slightly. Beat in sugar, eggs, vanilla until combined
Step 4
Add cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder , and stir with spatula gently just to combine. Don't overmix, they will not be fudgy if overmixed, they will be cake like.
Step 5
Spread in prepared pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until center is set.
