Instructions

Step 1
In food processor, pulse cookies until fine crumbs
Step 2
Place most in a 9 x 13 pan, reserving some of the crumbs for top. Pour melted butter over crumbs, mix, then pat out evenly in the pan. Refrigerate.
Step 3
In a large bowl place cream cheese and softened butter. Mix together with mixer, until smoothe. Add extract, combine. Now add powdered sugar. Fold in well drained crushed pineapple.
Step 4
Spread over the crust, evenly. Next spread 8 oz pkg of Cool Whip over.
Step 5
Garnish with flaked coconut (optional), pineapple Tidbits, and reserved Oreo crumbs. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours
