Instructions
Step 1
Mix all spices into rub
Step 2
Trim Ribs, rub with the spice mix and wrap. Place in 225degree oven for 8 hours
Step 3
When ribs are 185 degrees combine leftover rub (or make extra) with honey and apple cider vinegar. Coat the ribs and broil for 3 minutes
Step 4
Serve as entree or shred and add to meal as shredded meat in any way you wish
