Instructions 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper. 2. Cream the butter and sugars together in a large bowl until light and fluffy. 3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, beating well to combine. 4. Stir in the melted chocolate until fully incorporated. 5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, bicarbonate of soda, and salt. 6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined. 7. Fold in the chopped chocolate and Milo powder until evenly distributed. 8. Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto the prepared baking tray, spacing them about 5cm apart. 9. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers are still soft. 10. Allow to cool on the tray for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
