75gpowder peanut butter

6 Tbspcocoa

120gGreek yogurt
or sour cream

coffee

20gdark chocolate

Step 1
60 gr of oat meal. Blend into flour.

Add 50 gr of protein powder

75 g of powdered peanut butter

6 tbsp of coaco

Combine well

120g of kefir (yogurt quality)

2 tbsp of maple syrup

Add 1 tbsp of room temperature butter

Add coffee 1 tbsp at a time. You want it just wet enough to combine all of the powdered ingredients

Mix. Keep mixing

Spread into 9x9 dish

30g of chocolate 2/3rd melted

Mix in 1 tbsp of room temperature butter
