Instructions
Step 1
In a medium saucepan, combine the coconut milk, quinoa, water, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and plant butter.
Step 2
Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat.
Step 3
Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the quinoa is tender and the liquid is absorbed, about 10 to 15 minutes.
Step 4
Divide the cooked quinoa among 4 bowls.
Step 5
Top each bowl with ¼ cup of sliced strawberries, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, and 1 tablespoon of hemp hearts.
Step 6
Sprinkle additional cinnamon on top, if desired.
