Peanut Butter Mixture
Instructions
For Jelly
Step 1
Add all ingredients, aside from gelatin to pot over low heat. Bring to a boil and then let simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in gelatin, and let cool in the fridge.
Peanut Butter Mixture
Step 2
Place all ingredients in pan and whisk over low heat until combined. DO NOT LET BOIL. Poor bottom layer into molds (sitting on cutting board) and then put in freezer for a few minutes to harden. Scoop Jelly into molds and fill with peanut butter mixture.
Step 3
Put back in freezer for an hour or fridge overnight.
