Instructions
Step 1
Add egg, garlic, and water to food Processor for 1 min. Want the egg to change color and is fluffy.
Step 2
Stream in half the avacado oil while processing.
Step 3
Add anchovies, a little of its juice, white vinegar, and lemon. Blend. Then, Stream in the rest of the oil.
Step 4
Add the parmesan cheese. Continue blending.
Step 5
Add the olive oil last. Blend it in.
Step 6
Salt and pepper to taste. Blend it in, then taste if need to adjust. Put into container and into fridge.
