For the Fritters

2 cupsall-purpose flour

¼ cupsugar

2 teaspoonsbaking powder

½ teaspoonsalt

1 teaspooncinnamon

¼ teaspoonnutmeg

½ cupmilk

2eggs
large

1 teaspoonvanilla extract

2 tablespoonsbutter
melted

1 ½ cupsapples
diced
For the Glaze

Preheat Oven
Step 1
Preheat to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix Dry Ingredients

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Mix Wet Ingredients

In another bowl, whisk the milk, eggs, vanilla, and melted butter until smooth.
Combine & Add Apples

Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Gently fold in diced apples.
Shape the Fritters

Drop spoonfuls of batter onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping into small round mounds.
Bake

Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Prepare the Glaze

While fritters bake, mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla in a bowl until smooth.
Glaze the Fritters
Step 8
Once fritters are slightly cooled, drizzle or dip them in the glaze. Let the glaze set before serving.
