Instructions
Step 1
Cook the macaroni for 12 minute
Step 2
Heat a pan, once hot add the Beef & Pork mince (you can add bacon too) for 6 Minutes
Step 3
Add the garlic, mixed herbs to the mince and cook for 1 minute
Step 4
Add in the passata and red wine stock paste, sugar and 75ml of water
Step 5
In a small bowl add creme fresh, Parmigiano Cheese, and 1 tbsp of water
Step 6
Once the sause has thickened in the pan, add the macaroni stir through and transfer to an ovenproof dish
Step 7
Spoon the cheesy sauce on the top of the macaroni and pop under the grill for 5 minutes until golden brown
Step 8
