By far one of the best burgers i have ever made. Everyone loved it. For the glazed onions i could not find Guinness in Thailand so i used a stout beer instead but it became too bitter. I had to add a bit of sugar and apple vinegar to counter balance the bitterness but still a really good result

These came out excellent! I might reduce the honey in the glaze next time as I thought it was a little sweet, but that’s a very minor quibble. The flavors all came together really well.
